The Gastronomic Dinner proved to be a huge success. Armed with the carefully prepared cooking instructions, all the participants delved into the preparation of the meal with great enthusiasm, under the careful supervision of the chefs, Mireilla and Bea. We were given lots of useful tips and let into professional secrets!
Much to our surprise we actually magaged to get the extensive menu prepared on time, and sat down to enjoy our handiwork promptly at 10pm! Compliments were paid to our recently-acqired expertise, and we tucked in to the delicious four-course dinner, savouring the selection of wines and leisurely recounting anecdotes.
It was an evening to be
remembered - and repeated!
