EVENTS TO BE PAID FOR AT THE DOOR
If, after having made an on-line reservation, you subsequently find that you are unable to attend an event, please cancel before the cut-off date indicated in the details of each event.
EVENTS TO BE PAID FOR BY BANK TRANSFER
Once you have made an on-line reservation, you will be sent confirmation of your reservation, together with The British Society of Catalunya bank account details, by e-mail. Once you have received this email, you should make the appropriate payment by bank transfer as soon as possible, and well before the cut-off date. If, either before or after having paid for an event, you subsequently find that you are unable to attend, please cancel before the cut-off date indicated in the details of each event.
In the event of cancellation of any event after the cut-off date, payment may be required in full.
