A typically Scottish Burns Night supper was enjoyed by over 60 Britsoc members at the Hilton. The traditional bill of fare of cock-a-leekie soup, haggis, mashed potatoes and swede was washed down with plenty of whisky!
The English got their say as well with the apple pie and custard desert! The Scottish dancing and the piper and singers were particular highlights, as were the customary speeches, recitals and toasts that make up a real Burns Night dinner.
